Dash ornament bee in flower
Bertie the Bee by Nicky Stewart for the bee once more. I cut the pattern in half (or a third I don't remember) and then freehanded a pink crochet flower with a nice white border :)

I actually undid all of this. Not sure if you can tell, but it was coming out too dark so I decided to START with the color combo I wanted, and then only switch to the darker yarn if I ran out of my first choice.

- Double (12)
- Inc1, 1 (18)
- Inc1, 2 (24)
- 1 round backward to make a crease (24 again)
- Switch from hook to needle
- Pick up 24 to knit
- Knit 24 once
- Inc every third (32)
- Stock 3 rounds
- Inc every fourth (40)
- Stock 5 rounds
- P2tog (20)
- P all round

Happy holidays. This person received the first scarf I ever made for another person. I was a baby with my first real job and she was always kind to me. I remember the anticipation and nervousness of gifting something to someone for the first time. I got a new phone and it revived some contacts from the grave. I will take "I still wear your scarf" to my grave.

Going back for it now. Hubby chose gray actually! He said he wanted to look like a real sheep lol. Combined the sheep happens motif with more of the sizing on the male options like this Boreal Circle one because I wasn't sure about the fit.
